Chapter 13
My Husband Let the Scheming Other Woman Move Into Our Home • Chapter 15
Chapter 13
I started packing a few clothes into a suitcase. Ethan walked in with a tray of food. "Eat something—Luna saved this for you."
I was folding clothes; out of the corner of my eye, I saw the dishes were all Ethan’s favorites.
"I’m not hungry."
Ethan watched me, frowning. "What are you doing?"
"Packing."
"Why are you packing in the middle of the night?" He sounded annoyed.
"If Luna Parker won’t move out, then I will. You two can have this place."
"I don’t understand why you’re being so petty! Luna’s going through a hard time—how can you be so heartless as to kick her out?"
"Do you even know what boundaries are? Can you at least try to keep your distance from her?" I shot back. "You two are together every day, and now you’re calling me petty for not putting up with it? Ethan Wilson, do you even want this marriage anymore?"
"When I went back to the company with Noah, you accused me of cheating. But when you do all these things for Luna, I’m not even allowed to be angry or complain?" I finally let out all the frustration and anger I’d bottled up.
Just days ago, Ethan had the nerve to tell me Luna "didn’t like the house’s decor and wanted to change it." Now, every room except the master bedroom was a mess, decorated in her tasteless style.
"And I was the one who decorated this house in the first place! Look at it now! Ethan Wilson, who’s really in the wrong here?"
"I already told you—Luna’s like my sister, which makes her your sister too. Why are you being so small-minded? It’s just decor!" Ethan snapped. "We’ve had the same decor for years—I’m tired of it too. Luna’s ideas are nice. Why can’t we change things?"
He was still defending himself. "So stay out of my way." My tone was firm.
