Writer Registration and Submission Agreement

When users (including but not limited to authors) register for an author account on Pudaworld Global Story Community (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform") and its subordinate websites and wireless platforms, please carefully read and agree to the following terms. Any person who registers as an author on this Platform and submits, uploads, or publishes works shall apply, operate, and use the Platform in accordance with laws, regulations, and the relevant rules published by this Platform.
Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you shall not have the right to register as an author on this Platform. Your registration of an author account and becoming an author on this Platform shall be deemed as your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
Article I. Author Registration
1. Upon registering as an author on this Platform, you shall have the obligation to properly safeguard your account and password, and shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and conduct carried out under your account. This Platform specifically reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. Upon completion of use, you should log out securely. All consequences and responsibilities arising from the loss of your account, account theft, or password compromise due to your failure to properly safeguard them shall be borne by you alone, and this Platform shall bear no responsibility.
2. This Platform recommends that the password you use contain at least two of the following three types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. If your account is stolen or your password is compromised due to an overly simple password, you shall bear the responsibility.
3. The author's pen name, personal introduction, and other author information shall not contain text that violates national laws, social morality, or this Platform's rules; otherwise, this Platform reserves the right to delete the account and any content published under the account at any time without prior notice and without any conditions.
4. For the purpose of effective utilization of Platform resources, if an author has no approved works, has not uploaded or published any work text, or has cleared or locked all work chapters, or has declared departure from this Platform, this Platform reserves the right to delete the account and any content published under the account without prior notice and without any conditions.
5. This Platform does not recommend that you take a leave of absence from school, resign from your job, or engage in other writing activities that may affect your normal family, academic, or work life.
6. No entity or individual shall reproduce the content of works on this Platform without the consent of the original author or this Platform. Violators shall bear legal responsibility!
Article II. Work Requirements
When submitting, uploading, or publishing works, authors on this Platform shall follow the laws, regulations, and the Platform's rules and procedures for submission, uploading, and publication, and shall agree to be bound thereby. The submission, uploading, and publication of works on this Platform (including but not limited to text, covers and images, tables, symbols, etc.) shall comply with the following provisions:
1. Prohibited Content Provisions
All works and comments submitted, uploaded, or published on this Platform shall not contain the following content:
Content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Content that damages national honor and interests;
Content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
Content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
Content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or incites criminal activity;
Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
Content containing other materials prohibited by laws and regulations.
If an author violates the foregoing prohibitive provisions, this Platform reserves the right to immediately and unconditionally delete the account and any content published under the account without prior notice.
2. Lawfulness and Compliance Requirements for Works
This Platform is a reading platform for original works and only provides services for the submission, uploading, and publication of works. It does not participate in the creation of works, nor does it edit or modify the content of works in any form. All legal responsibilities arising from the works shall be borne by the author or the uploader. We welcome supervision from all users.
Works on this Platform must meet the following requirements:
(1) The work must be independently created by the author. Reproductions are not accepted. Upon discovery that a work submitted, uploaded, or published by an author is a reproduction of another person's work, this Platform reserves the right to immediately delete the account and any content published thereunder without prior notice. The legal responsibility and all consequences arising from the author's reproduction shall be borne by the author. The use of generative artificial intelligence technology to directly generate manuscript text and upload it is prohibited; otherwise, this Platform reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to locking the work (including removal and deletion) in accordance with the Platform's various management provisions.
(2) The work must not infringe upon the lawful rights of others (including but not limited to copyright, right of reputation, right of privacy, etc.), nor must it be subject to any copyright disputes. The author or uploader warrants that the works submitted, uploaded, or published on this Platform are their own original works. Plagiarism, copying, and infringement of others' lawful rights are strictly prohibited, and all legal responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the author or uploader.
As a network service provider, this Platform does not have sufficient capability to monitor plagiarism, copying, and other infringing conduct; however, upon discovery and verification of infringing works, this Platform bears the obligation to assist in ceasing the infringement (by removing the infringing works and stopping further dissemination). This Platform shall not bear any legal responsibility for such infringing conduct committed by others on this Platform, and the legal responsibility for infringement shall be borne by the author or the work uploader.
3. Rights Declaration for Works
(1) From the time you register an author account, you shall be deemed to warrant that all works submitted, uploaded, or published on this Platform comply with laws, regulations, and this Platform's requirements, and you shall be deemed to agree to the corresponding measures taken by this Platform in respect of the author's breach of warranty.
(2) Except as otherwise specifically provided, works on this Platform shall not be reproduced without the consent of the author or this Platform.
(3) If a work published and uploaded on this Platform is suspected of plagiarism, copying, or infringement of others' privacy, reputation, or other rights, upon complaint by the copyright owner or a person lawfully entitled to the relevant rights in the work and verification by this Platform, this Platform shall take corresponding measures against the work, including but not limited to deleting the work, locking the work, and issuing a warning.
A complaint filed by a copyright owner or a person lawfully entitled to the relevant rights in the work shall provide at least the following necessary materials:
i. Identity proof of the copyright owner and/or the person lawfully entitled to the relevant rights in the work, including identity card, legal entity license, business license, and other valid identity documents;
ii. Proof of copyright ownership or proof of ownership of related rights, including but not limited to copyright registration certificates, published books or journals, original manuscripts, etc.;
iii. Proof of infringement, including the content of the alleged infringing information, URL links, etc.;
iv. A complaint letter signed by the copyright owner and/or the person lawfully entitled to the relevant rights in the work, together with contact telephone number, email, and address;
v. Other materials necessary for verifying the infringement.

(4) You are responsible for backing up and storing relevant work manuscripts yourself. If your service is terminated, this Platform may permanently delete your data from the servers. Following service termination, this Platform shall have no obligation to return your data.
(5) Where this Platform is required by law or by judicial authorities to provide the network registration information of an infringer, this Platform bears the obligation to provide such registration information. Except for the foregoing obligation to provide assistance, this Platform shall not bear any legal responsibility for infringement, breach, or other liability arising from infringement disputes concerning works or corresponding measures such as removal of works, including but not limited to compensation liability for losses suffered by the author due to unfounded infringement allegations.
Article III. Work Authorization
1. Upon registering as an author on this Platform, you shall be deemed to have authorized this Platform and all its subordinate websites and wireless platforms to publish, upload, download, typeset, and promote your works, and to authorize the Platform's partners to use the free reading chapters of your works within the scope of the authorization obtained on this Platform.
2. Upon registering as an author on this Platform, you shall by default accept reader tips. Tip income from works shall be shared on a 50:50 basis between the author and the Platform. The Platform's share of virtual currency income shall automatically enter the author's account. For withdrawal, please contact customer service for the withdrawal process.
Article IV. Disclaimers
1. If any person maliciously impersonates an author to submit works to this Platform, and this Platform accepts and publishes original works that do not belong to the impersonator, this Platform shall bear no responsibility; however, it undertakes to delete the work and the impersonator's account at the earliest opportunity upon receipt of a complaint from the genuine author, following verification.
2. Where any user of this Platform reproduces works within the Platform's subordinate forums or websites without the author's permission, this Platform shall bear no responsibility for the user's reproduction; however, it undertakes to delete the post at the earliest opportunity upon receipt of a complaint from the author and verification thereof, and to take corresponding measures including post locking, account banning, and account deletion against the user based on the severity of the circumstances.
3. This Platform reserves the right to restrict all activities of authors whose conduct is detrimental to the Platform's interests, with restriction measures including but not limited to restricting publication, restricting comments, locking works, locking accounts, and deleting accounts.
4. Due to limitations of internet equipment and technology, this Platform cannot guarantee the security of accepted work manuscripts. Please retain your original manuscripts and make timely backups. This Platform shall bear no responsibility for data loss.
5. Readers' comments, ratings, and evaluations of works are voluntary acts by readers, and the responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the readers. Readers' comments do not represent the views of this Platform. Except where comments involve prohibited content provisions or personal attacks against the author, this Platform shall not process such comments.
6. The point calculations for authors and works, as well as rankings derived from algorithmic procedures, do not represent this Platform's evaluation of authors or works.
7. Authors shall bear sole responsibility for their written content. Any text, images, or other content submitted, uploaded, or published by an author or uploader on this Platform does not represent the views of this Platform. Where any text, images, or other content submitted, uploaded, or published by an author or uploader on this Platform plagiarizes, copies, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others (including but not limited to copyright, right of reputation, right of privacy, etc.), all legal responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the author or uploader, and this Platform shall bear no responsibility.
8. This Platform undertakes that it shall not use the works you publish on this Platform for data training or data mining for any purpose in any form, and that this Platform shall not authorize or license third parties to use the works you publish on this Platform for data training or data mining. We remind you to properly safeguard your works. When creating or promoting your own works, if you need to use third-party platforms, please pay attention to the agreements and rules of such third-party platforms. This Platform and third-party platforms shall each bear their respective responsibilities within the scope stipulated by law and agreement for any disputes that may arise.
