The neighborhood where Ethan Zhou lived was just an ordinary residential area with poor security. I knew that if I stayed any longer, I would only be a burden to Ethan Zhou—he'd have to worry about work and my safety at the same time, and it would be hard for him to handle both.

That wasn't the main problem, though. The problem was that I still hadn't told him I liked him!

Should I confess? Should I do it? If I don't confess now, it might be too late!

I lay on my bed, tossing and turning while playing with my phone. In the end, I decided to ask my best friend—she had plenty of experience in relationships.

"Olivia Lin, are you a coward? It's the last day—if you don't confess now, are you going to wait until it's too late?" Sophia Liu sounded 恨铁不成钢 (hèn tiě bù chéng gāng—meaning she was frustrated that I wasn't living up to my potential) on the phone.

"But I don't know if he likes me. He just sees me as a kid. What if he rejects me? Then we won't even be able to see each other anymore."

"Oh, come on!" Sophia Liu sounded exasperated. "Have you ever seen a 'kid' with a 36D figure? Seduce him! You walk around looking messy in front of him—how do you expect to make him feel anything for you?"

My eyebrows shot up. "What? What do you mean?"

"Let me ask you—do you want his body, or his heart?"

"We're all adults here. Obviously, I want both."

"Then you need to learn how to play hard to get. You do this... then that..."
